No. Once you purchase a Memory Medallion™, it comes with a lifetime guarantee without recurring monthly or yearly fees. I.e. No additional costs will be incurred. Pixels and Hearts are committed to providing a cost-effective solution to create memories for future generations to come.

Simply scan the Memory Medallion™ and it will take you to the register page. Enter your email address and it will automatically create your account/ profile.
Who manages the Memory (Profile) of a loved one?

The person who claims the unique code once purchased will be assigned the owner who will manage the Memory (Profile). You can however in future transfer the ownership if you like. Please reach out and we'll be happy to help.
Can I gift the Memory Medallion™ to a family member or friend?
Can I gift the Memory Medallion™ to a family member or friend?
Yes. You can purchase it on behalf of a family member or friend. Once they receive the Memory Medallion™, they can claim the unique code themselves to become the owner of that Memory (Profile). Alternatively, if it was accidentally claimed, please reach out to us and we can assist to transfer the ownership.

Yes. We use high-quality anodised aluminium that is made to withstand the harshest of conditions. This ensures their durability.
Who will be able to view my loved one's Memory (Profile) page?
Who will be able to view my loved one's Memory (Profile) page?
Anyone that has access to the unique URL (webpage) will be able to view the profile. Initially, the Memory (Profile) will be made public, however the owner has the ability to make it private to prevent being shown on the public webpage of other Memories. If it has been set to Private, unless someone has scanned the QR code Memory Medallion™ and entered a provided password by the Owner, others will not have access to view your loved one.

All you have to do is upload your video to YouTube and then copy the link to the video and add it to the Memory (profile) for your loved one. Details of how to do this is inside the App.
How do I install the Memory Medallion™ on a headstone? Can I remove it later?
How do I install the Memory Medallion™ on a headstone? Can I remove it later?
Installing your Memory Medallion™ is a straightforward process. We provide you with alcohol wipes when we ship your Memory Medallion™.
- First, you clean the headstone thoroughly and allow it to dry.
- Next, apply the 3M tape provided on the back of your Memory Medallion™.
- Then, peel the other side of the 3M tape and apply it to the headstone/ surface and press firmly for 30 seconds.
Note: The 3M tape is a very strong adhesive. Be careful when applying as you will only have one go at getting it right.
